Despite its sting when fresh, the plant is naturally rich in minerals and beneficial plant compounds. At Bushcraft Organics, we harvest Himalayan nettle and prepare it into a slow-crafted alcohol-free herbal extract, making it easy to include in your daily routine.

How To Take

Take 15 drops (0.7 ml) once or twice daily.

You can place the drops directly under the tongue or mix them with water, tea or juice.

Shake well before use.
