We narrowed the areas that had the best quality growth.  Top-of-the-shelf quality is found 6kms inside the Manali Wildlife Sanctuary at an altitude of 2510 meters.

We harvested the roots, leaves, and stems at different times of the year and sent them for Lab tests to attain the best quality yeild.

We shadow-dried the leaves so that there is no loss of nutrition. We do minimal processing of our products to keep them as organic as possible.
